By Car - Follow US 95 South from Boston (or North from New York) to the US 195 East interchange in downtown Providence Rhode Island. Follow US 195 East for about 1.5 miles and take US 195 Exit 2, Gano Street. From the off ramp, turn right onto Gano Street and continue 11 blocks (0.5 mile) to Waterman Street. Waterman is the second traffic light (you will also pass one blinking yellow signal). Turn right onto Waterman Street (one way) and proceed one block to the traffic light at Wayland Avenue. The Bliss Place Building, 245 Waterman Street, is one-half block past Wayland Avenue, on the right. It is a blue office building, set back from the street. Two visitor spots are available in the first Bliss Place parking lot (entrance marked "Liberty Mutual Insurance"), or park on Waterman Street. Paid parking is also available in the Wayland Square parking lot the left - across the street from the Bliss Place Building. Traction Software is in Suite 309, which is one level up from the Waterman Street entrance.

To return to US 95, continue (one way) on Waterman street to the next light and turn left onto Butler Avenue. Proceed two blocks to the traffic light at Angell Street. Turn left onto Angell (one way), and proceed to Gano Street, the second traffic light. Turn left onto Gano Street and proceed to the US 195 West on ramp, just before the US 195 overpass. US 195 West merges with US 95 in 1.3 miles; use the left two lanes for US 95 South (New York), right lanes for US 95 North (Boston).

By Plane - From Providence's T. F. Green Airport, follow the airport signs to 95 North. Take the US 195 East turnoff in downtown Providence, approximately 10 miles from where the airport access road joins US 95, then follow the instructions above. Returning from Providence, the airport access road is Exit 13 off US 95 South.

By Train - Take Amtrak to Providence. From Boston, you can take the MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line to Providence Station. Take a cab through Providence to Waterman Street, past Brown University, to Wayland Square (about 2 miles). 245 Waterman Street is the blue office building on the right between the United Way building and the Waterman Street Whole Foods Market.
