Greg Lloyd, 代表取締役 兼 共同創設者
アメリカ海軍研究所、Mentor Graphics、Electronic Book Technologies, Inc などで出版、ハイパーテキスト、信号処理システムのアーキテクト、エンジニアとして 30 年以上の経験を持つ。また、Context Corporation と Electronic Book Technology の創設メンバーとして、ボーイング社の航空機メンテナンス マニュアルのためのハイパーテキスト システムに基づいた SGML の開発と導入に従事。このオンライン ドキュメンテーション システムは、サン マイクロシステムズ、シリコン グラフィックスはじめ、多くの企業が OEM している。ブラウン大学の Andy van Dam 教授とともに、およそ 30 年にわたり、第 4 世代ハイパーテキスト システムの研究に取り組んでいる。

Chris Nuzum, CTO 兼 共同創設者
Electronic Book Technologies でシニア ソフトウェア エンジニアとして、多くのプロジェクトで技術的リーダーとして活躍。DynaText と そのシステム統合ツールキット（API puroduct）の数々のリリースにも貢献しました。

Andrew Miller, エンジニアリング ディレクター

1998 年からの Traction チームの主要メンバー。

Jordan Frank, マーケティングおよびビジネス開発担当 副社長
前職 Inktomi and Aderoでは、プログラム、製品、オペレーション管理を担当。2000 年に Inktomi が彼の製品（Content Bridge）と Adero で作ったチームを購入したのがきっかけで着任。2000 年 MIT スローン校で MBA を取得する前は、Cambridge Computer Services に 4 年間在籍。

Jason Siegal, セールス担当 副社長
Jason was a pioneer in the public relations software industry, having been a partner in Public Affairs Technologies, Inc. (PAT) for nine years. At PAT, Jason served as Vice President of Sales and Product Development. Under Jason's leadership, PAT developed paPowerBase and grew to become a market-leading web and desktop software solution for automating public and government relations tasks such as press clipping management, news release distribution, grassroots lobbying, and PAC reporting. PAT was sold to Vocus, Inc. (Lanham, MD) in January of 2003. Jason received his BA from Dartmouth College.

Roger Fujii, Principal Software Engineer
Roger has worked as a Software Engineer for Media Cybernetics and as an independent designer and developer for major graphics and entertainment companies. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

David Shepperton, Senior Software Engineer
A long-time programmer, Dave graduated from Cornell University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. He also speaks Japanese and plays guitar.

David Parker, Principal Software Engineer
David brings 20 years of database design and software engineering experience to the Traction team. He is an avid competitive chess player, and has a BA in English from Yale.

Michael Angeles, Director of User Experience
Michael has been providing simple, usable and elegant solutions to information seeking problems since 1995. In various positions, he designed projects ranging from enterprise digital libraries to online communities and social software. Michael formerly headed information architecture at Lucent Technologies and at Sling Media's Entertainment Group. He holds a BA in Art History (1993), and an MLS in Library and Information Science (1998), both from Rutgers University.

Lucy the Enterprise Web Dog
Born somewhere in Illinois and rescued via BARC (where you can see her with Jordan in this picture), Lucy is Traction's Web Dog. She is sometimes caught moonlighting as a model of sorts for UpCountry.
